Our No Questions Asked Return Policy

It’s OK to change your mind. We value your decision, and that’s why we have NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY.

Your refund will be processed immediately once the Mattress is picked up. Trust us, your Return and Refund is as hassle-free, just like the rest of our processes.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Call the Mattress Club Support Team on +91 7560889999 or email support@mattressclub.in to raise your return request.
  2. Fill in a simple Mattress Club Order Return Form.
  3. Our support team will validate your return request in 24-48 hours.
  4. We will notify you through email every step of the way.
  5. We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 3-5 days post validation of the request.
  6. Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund. Usually, the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.

100 NIGHTS TRIAL FOR MATTRESS

  • The company offers a 100-nights trial for the Mattress Club mattress sold on the website or by an authorized distributor. Suppose a customer is not satisfied with the Mattress. In that case, he or she should contact customer service within 100 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the Mattress.
  • The Customer cannot request the return before 30 days of usage. However, research shows that one must use the Mattress for 60 days as a body takes a minimum of 60 days to adjust to a new mattress.
  • We will need photographic proof of the product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
  • In case of return due to a damaged product/packaging at the time of delivery, we will need photographic proof of the packaging and the product from your end. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
  • Mattress Club will make the final decision on refund under the 100 Nights Trial offer. The company reserves the absolute right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfil the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial Offer.
  • The original invoice with the company’s seal and signature must be presented for all warranty and return requests.
  • Please make sure to save the originally signed invoice; otherwise, we will not be able to entertain returns.
  • Any exchange or return will be processed after 30 days from the day of delivery of the Mattress.
  • Pillows do not carry any trial period.
  • Returns from other portals must be made directly via our website, through email at support@mattressclub.in.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the Mattress.
  • The packaging material is already sent along with the Mattress during delivery, and the same is used to pack the Mattress while returning the Mattress. If lost, the Customer needs to bear a charge of Rs.1200 for the same. The reverse pick up can take up to 10-12 business days.

Return & Refund Will Not Be Eligible, If:

  • Products damaged after customer usage, misused products or tampered products will not be eligible for returns.
  • Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • There is a sign of dirt or damage on the Mattress.
  • Suppose a mattress is replaced during the trial period due to a size error by the Customer. In that case, the trial does not apply to the replaced Mattress.

Return Process

In order to return a product, please write to us at support@mattressclub.in Within 100 Calendar days from the date of delivery of your Mattress. We will assist you in returning the product to us. We will arrange to have the product collected from the original delivery point indicated at the time of purchase. However, If the Original delivery point has changed, the Customer will have to bear the shipping charges. The Customer Has To pack The Mattress in the sack provided at the time of delivery of the Mattress. Please Use tape to seal the package. The logistics company is not responsible for packaging Or unwrapping the Mattress. While placing a request for returning a product, the Customer agrees that our decision to approve or reject a refund is final, conclusive, and binding on the Customer.

For a return process to be approved and initiated, the Customer should share the pictures of the packed Mattress within 100 days from the day of delivery by the Customer. Failing to share the images of the packed Mattress will lead to disqualification of the return process. Once exchanged or replaced, Mattress will not be eligible for 100 days trial, and the trial is not applicable on the pillows. Suppose the Mattress is returned during the trial period of 100 days, and pillows are not returned. In that case, the Customer will be charged their current selling price for the same.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, and found to be in order, we will send you an email to notify you with confirmation regarding receipt of the return. We will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request. Once a return has been approved, a refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original mode of payment used at purchase. It will take approximately 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In case of returns of orders placed using the no-cost EMI payment option, the interest payment part borne by the company is deducted at the time of refund.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The applicable law will be exclusively such prevailing laws in the state of Kerala, and the venue of arbitration will be exclusively limited to the City courts of Kochi, Kerala.
